Your personal data is processed by the data controller operating Denge, within the scope described in this notice.

Personal data processed

Identity and contact details, account information and — for clients — sensitive health data (measurements, nutrition plan, allergies and similar clinical information) are processed.

Processing purposes

Your data is processed to provide the service, enable client tracking, establish and perform the contract, handle billing and meet legal obligations.

Sensitive data and explicit consent

Health data is processed only on the basis of your explicit consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time, after which the related processing stops.

Transfers and server location

The application's servers are located in Germany (European Union); your personal data, including health data, is therefore hosted and processed outside Türkiye. Your data may also be transferred to processors to the extent necessary to provide the service and in accordance with the law. Where an additional cross-border transfer is involved for the AI feature, a separate explicit consent is obtained.

Your rights and applications

You have the right to access, request correction or deletion of, and object to the processing of your data. You can submit your requests via the data-protection email on our contact page.
