Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 23, 2026
This policy explains how your personal data is processed when you use Denge. Health and nutrition data are treated as sensitive personal data.
Data we process
Account details (name, email), dietitian profile information and client health/nutrition data (measurements, plan, allergies and similar clinical fields) are processed to provide the service.
Purposes and legal basis
Data is processed to provide the service, track clients, handle billing and meet legal obligations. Health data is processed only on the basis of your explicit consent.
AI and cross-border transfer
When the AI draft feature is used, limited clinical fields without identifying information may be shared with the service provider. This requires a separate explicit consent and can be turned off at any time.
Data security
Data travels over encrypted connections, passwords are stored strongly, and health data is never written to logs, analytics or notification content. Platform administrators cannot see health data.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained for the duration of the service relationship and legal retention obligations. You can request deletion of your account and data; payment and audit records may be kept for legally required periods.
Your rights
You have rights to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data. To exercise them, use the data-protection email on our contact page.
